Literally showed up within the day to address problems and was quick polite and did a wonderful job!

I so enjoyed living at Nickel Creek. At the time I moved in, my SO was having heart surgery and the staff treated me very kindly. Friends helped us move and I appreciated the apartment they showed us and we rented because it had no stairs to get to it (middle apt.). SO and I very comfortable. Unfortunately SO passed away a month after move in. Staff again was extremely kind in my circumstances. The maintenance head had met my SO early on and when he heard of his passing, he immediately watched out for me and did this until I moved out October 2020. Staff is great; maintenance of the grounds is superb; communication is top-notch. When the pandemic hit, they froze the rents for almost a year which helped me out greatly. I have no complaints; my move was financial and not due to anything about the complex. Complex is right in the heart of Lynnwood and close to many services, etc. I had to find the place in a hurry and they made it great to live there.

The maintenance supervisor Vlad did an incredible job of fixing our water heater and other household fixtures. He is efficient, courteous, and kind. He even saved our cat when we had a sudden in unit emergency. Always looking out for us and our cat, we appreciate him 100%. Kudos Kudos.

Excellent place to live in. Quite and well connected. Love the fact that all the stores are near by. There are serveral big brand stores and small family owned businesses around. Of course the alderwood mall is so close by, yet this is tucked away in a quite peaceful place.
